Just took my week 5 exam for theĀ 100 pushups challenge. Was able to complete 46 reps with no rest.

Just took my week 4 exam for the 100 pushups challenge. Was able to complete 41 reps with no rest. 100 here I come!
2011 New Year’s Resolutions

1. Take a real vacation with family
2. Get my Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt
3. Sit Cageside at a major MMA Event (UFC, Strikeforce, etc)
4. Sleep More than 4-5hrs a night
5. Optimize nutrition (more raw foods, less processed especially High Fructose Corn Syrup)
6. Push the MMANUTS.COM podcast to 1,000,000 views/downloads
7. Read more (at least 1 book per month)
8. Enter a 5K race and finish
9. Worry less
10. Take up Yoga or some form of Meditation to Relax
